QRexact provides an online QR code generation tool. The Free tier allows limited QR code creation. Pro and Business plans offer expanded features via monthly subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QRexact to generate QR codes that:

• Link to illegal content, malware, phishing sites, or spam
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Facilitate fraud, harassment, or abuse
• Violate any applicable law

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans (Pro at $6.99/month, Business at $19.99/month) are billed monthly through Stripe.

• Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing period.
• Refunds: Evaluated case by case. Contact us within 7 days of a charge.
• Price changes: 30 days notice before any pricing changes.

5. Free Tier Limitations

The Free tier allows up to 3 QR code generations per session and includes a QRexact watermark on downloads.

6. Intellectual Property

QRexact and all associated branding, design, and code are owned by QRexact. You retain ownership of any content you input. Your content is processed locally in your browser and never stored by us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRexact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
